“You've created something truly special with this — it's playful, creative, and quietly powerful in the way it invites people to reflect and reimagine, not just the coffee in front of them, but their own story too.” — Morgan James Publishing
Something in the Froth is a highly visual, faith-infused coffee table book that blends whimsy, creativity and spiritual insight.
Through a series of latte art photographs — paired with the author's imaginative doodles layered atop coffee froth patterns — this book invites readers to "see something where there was nothing," both in foam and in life.
At its core, this is not just an art book: it's an interactive devotional experience disguised as whimsical play.
Where can you buy it?
I've self-published plenty of books. Here's why this one is different.
God is up to something
I've wanted to put this book out since 2024, and I've self-published before. But too many small, unmistakable nudges kept pointing this direction — so I'm stepping out in obedience, whatever comes of it.
This is just the beginning
Writing is one of the ways I believe God has invited me to love and serve people, and this opens the door to more. There's already a sneak peek of volume two in the works.
It's just plain fun
These little drawings make me grin every time I flip through them, and I want as many people as possible to get to enjoy that same small delight.
God is growing me
I'd rather stay in the background. God keeps inviting me out front instead — onto a bigger stage than I've stood on before, including physical bookstore shelves.
